DIWU currently sends parcels within the territory of the Republic of Poland by DPD courier.
Shipping cost
The initial shipping cost in the case of online payments is INDICATED during the payment step. Shipping costs are calculated depending on the value of the order, minus any discounts.
Shipment status
To check the status of your shipment, use the website www.dpd.com.pl by entering the number of the consignment note provided in the e-mail notification informing about the change of the order status.
Online tracking and delivery date are not guaranteed.
Deadline for sending parcels
Packages are shipped on the order completion date, about which date we will inform you by e-mail. The terms of order fulfillment depend on the availability of the product and the date of order fulfillment, as well as starting on the day following the generation of the order document.
Delivery of the order may take from 2 to 5 working days depending on the situation in the courier company, in accordance with the carrier's regulations.
Form of packing orders
We pack all orders in cardboard boxes, the products are not packed in individual plastic bags because, due to our policy of reducing the amount of waste generated, products are packed in cardboard boxes up to 20 kg. Each carton includes a packing list with the quantities ordered in accordance with the order.
Single products and samples are packed in small boxes or bags.
